Case Study Introduction

Our client, a prominent leading lighting company based in the USA, approached us to design, develop, and launch an advanced Power Supply Unit (PSU) 150W for their smart lighting products.

The PSU needed to deliver a stable output of 24V DC and drive loads up to 150W. Additionally, the PSU required an Energy Meter with class 1 accuracy, and the data was to be transmitted via isolated RS485.
