Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors (Science/ Electronics, IT) or Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing/ International Business or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 4+ years similar work experience
- Strong time and task management / organization skills
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in O365 suite or similar
- Positive attitude, and adherence to, CRM and strong business process
- Must have excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customer base via phone, email and video
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Builds trust within and across teams and customers
- Coachable attitude with a strong desire to help others
As the Business Associate for Kemsys Technologies you will collaborate with the Kemsys sales team for the market research and development/lead generation for the Kemsys organization. You will learn the product assortment and product technical specifications to be able to assist the sales team with requests that will allow them the opportunity to gain additional selling time. In this role you will develop market for Kemsys’s offerings that will lead to your goal of securing an inside sales role within the Kemsys organization
Your Role:
- Perform market development/lead generation activities for the sales team including, but not limited to: data mining, cold calling, cold emails, appointment booking, program support, product information.
- Facilitate information for product and/or technical information requests
- Assist in developing Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Business Communication documents
- Assist in updating CRM (Hubspot)
- Sell sheet generation
- Establish and maintain relationships with the sales team as part of overall company strategy and objectives
- May assist Inside Sales during peak periods
- Ongoing in-depth training to understand Kemsys Value Proposition, Key Programs, and Sales Process
